INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Please ensure that you have the following documents ready at hand before you fill the online application form:

• Scanned copy of candidate and father/ gaurdian signature in JPEG / PNG / GIF format (File size should not exceed 70 KB).
• Scanned copy of Passport Size Color Photograph in JPEG / PNG / GIF format (File size should not exceed 70 KB).
• An active e-mail account & a mobile number for receiving the admit card and test related alerts.
• Credit Card or ATM – cum – Debit Card or Net Banking Details.
• Downloaded Instruction Sheet from website.

• B.A. LLB: Passed Intermediate or 10+2 Examination from any recognised Board.

Important Instructions for filling Application Form:

1. For Choose the course B.A. LLB by clicking on the appropriate option. The candidates need to fill separate online forms, if they wish to apply for multiple courses.
2. Candidate's Name: Enter your name exactly as mentioned in your original class 10th marksheet.
3. Correspondence Address:
   • Provide your postal address for communication. Kindly note, all further communication from the institution will be sent to you at this address only. Please use blank spaces to separate words. Specify the name of your city, state or pin code in the columns provided.

Use the blank lines given to fill up the information appropriately.
Pin code: Type the appropriate 6 digit PIN code.

• If the permanent address is same as correspondence address, please click on the checkbox to fill the blank lines. If the permanent address is different from the correspondence address please follow the same instructions as the correspondence address.
  Parent’s Landline No. : Please type your STD Code & Phone number in the provided blank space (Do not use any special characters).
  Parents’ Mobile No. : Type the appropriate 10 digit Mobile No.
5. Date of Birth: Select your date of birth as mentioned in your class 10th Pass certificate or mark sheet.
• e.g:- If your Date of Birth is 3rd September 1990, select the appropriate DATE, MONTH & YEAR from the Drop Down list.
6. Gender: Select the appropriate option from the list.
7. Category: Select the appropriate option from the list.
8. Father's Name: Enter your father's name clearly as mentioned in your class 10th mark sheet. Leave a space between the first name, middle name and last name.
9. Mother's Name: Enter your mother's name clearly. Leave a space between the first name, middle name and last name.

13. Educational Qualification:
    • For Graduate Courses - Both Secondary School (10th) & Higher Secondary School (12th) Board / University / Institute: Type the Name of the Board.
    • Stream: Please select the appropriate option from the list.
    • Year of Exam: Please select the appropriate option from the list.
      • IN case of Graduate Courses: Class 12th students appearing in the year 2023 will choose the option “APPEARING”
      • In case of Post- Graduate Courses: final year of Gradutaion students appearing in year 2023 will choose the option “APPEARING”
    • Max. Marks / CGPA: Type the figure (Numeric Only).
    • Marks / CGPA Obtained: Type the figure ( Numeric Only).
    • Class / Division Obtained : Please select the appropriate option from the list.
    • Extra -Curricular Activities/ Games/ Sports: Please type in maximum 200 words in the dialogue box.
    • Family Background : State the occupation & distinctive positions held by your family members.
    • Do you require Hostel Accommodation? : Select the appropriate option.
    • How did you come to know about School Of Management Sciences ? : Select the appropriate option.
      Please elaborate in the dialogue box if your selected option is “ ANY OTHER”.
    • Photo : Upload the file in the appropriate format.
    • Signature : Upload the file in the appropriate format.
14. Enter Code : Please type the code as displayed in the image. The code is CASE SENSITIVE.
